Insurance:
• Mandatory yacht damage waiver insurance: You are required to leave a refundable deposit of / $3000 (Option 1) / $750 (Option 2) / $0 (Option 3) in equivalent currency at the base to cover any damage incurred to the yacht, or damage to or loss of ancillary equipment. • For yachts 41ft and under, Option 1: $36/day; Option 2: $51/day; Option 3: $98/day • For yachts 42ft and over and all catamarans, Option 1: $41/day; Option 2: $56/day; Option 3: $103/day
• Alternatively, you can opt to pay a Security Deposit at the base upon arrival as part of the embarkation process. This is a refundable payment of $6500

• Charters start & end on Saturday • Charters start at 3 pm & end at 8 am • Must return to the marina by 5 p.m. Friday for final night sleep-aboard • Depart your yacht at 8 a.m. the next morning • A minimum number of charter days may apply • Sailing qualifications required
Payment & Cancellation Terms:
• 30% of charter fee is due upon booking.
