Built for comfort and ease of handling, a Lagoon 420 features a self-stacking mainsail and a roller-furling genoa. The electric windlass makes anchoring easy. All sail control lines are led aft to the centrally located helm station, making it possible to safely sail the boat solo or with a short-handed crew. The yacht is equipped with a full electronics package, including a color chartplotter and autopilot. Below-deck accommodations are luxurious and appealing. A large sliding door provides access to the saloon with an L-shaped settee and dining table with seating for eight. There’s also a TV/DVD player, in addition to the stereo. The yacht has four double cabins with en suite heads and separate shower stalls. Opening ports and hatches provide superb ventilation, and the yacht is air-conditioned.

Insurance:

Mandatory yacht damage waiver insurance: You are required to leave a refundable deposit of $750 (Option 1) / $3000 (Option 2) / $0 (Option 3) in equivalent currency at the base to cover any damage incurred to the yacht, or damage to or loss of ancillary equipment.

• For yachts up to 41ft, Option 1: $48/day; Option 2: $33/day; Option 3: $95/day
• For yachts 42ft and over and all catamarans, Option 1: $53/day; Option 2: $38/day; Option 3: $100/day

• Alternatively, you can opt to pay a Security Deposit at the base upon arrival as part of the embarkation process. This is a refundable payment of $6500

Additional Info:

• Charters start & end on Saturday
• Charters start at 3 pm & end at 8 am
• Must return to the marina by 5 p.m. Friday for final night sleep-aboard
• Depart your yacht at 8 a.m. the next morning
• A minimum number of charter days may apply
• Sailing qualifications required

Payment & Cancellation Terms:

• 30% of charter fee is due upon booking. The outstanding balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: For cancellations * 90 days or more prior to departure: full refund less a $400 penalty; * 61-89 days prior to departure: loss of deposit (25% penalty); * 60 days or less prior to departure: no refund (100% penalty); * Early departures: no refunds will be issued for early departures from the charter
