Beneteau 41.3 has a full-batten mainsail and roller-furling genoa. All sail control lines are led aft to the cockpit for safety and convenience, and the mainsail has a self-stacking system and lazy jacks. The dual helms provide excellent visibility. The cockpit is equipped with a full electronics package, including a color chartplotter and autopilot. The fore-and-aft galley is to port and has all amenities as well as ample storage and counter space. Forward is a luxurious double stateroom with head and shower and a hanging locker. Two additional double cabins with hanging lockers are aft, and another head with shower is to starboard.

Insurance:

Mandatory yacht damage waiver insurance: You are required to leave a refundable deposit of $750 (Option 1) / $3000 (Option 2) / $0 (Option 3) in equivalent currency at the base to cover any damage incurred to the yacht, or damage to or loss of ancillary equipment.

• For yachts up to 41ft, Option 1: $48/day; Option 2: $33/day; Option 3: $95/day
• For yachts 42ft and over and all catamarans, Option 1: $53/day; Option 2: $38/day; Option 3: $100/day

• Alternatively, you can opt to pay a Security Deposit at the base upon arrival as part of the embarkation process. This is a refundable payment of $6500

Additional Info:

• Charters start & end on Saturday
• Charters start at 3 pm & end at 8 am
• Must return to the marina by 5 p.m. Friday for final night sleep-aboard
• A minimum number of charter days may apply

Payment & Cancellation Terms:

• 30% of charter fee is due upon booking. The outstanding balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
• All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges: For cancellations * 90 days or more prior to departure: full refund less a $400 penalty; * 61-89 days prior to departure: loss of deposit (25% penalty); * 60 days or less prior to departure: no refund (100% penalty); * Early departures: no refunds will be issued for early departures from the charter
