A Beneteau 44.4 is a true blue-water cruising yacht featuring a modern fractional rig with powerful mainsail and overlapping jib. The roller-furling genoa and mainsail with lazy jacks and integral sail cover make sail handling easy. The yacht is equipped with a full electronics package, including a color chartplotter and autopilot, an electric windlass, and a bimini and dodger. There is an ample swim platform and deck shower. Below is a luxurious saloon with U-shaped seating for eight at the dining table, and to port is a fore-and-aft galley with all features and abundant storage and counter space. Forward of the saloon is a large head with shower, a cabin with twin berths, and a double cabin with hanging locker and plenty of storage. Aft is another head with shower, a chart table, and two staterooms. Opening ports and hatches optimize ventilation, and fans are positioned throughout the yacht.

Insurance:
• Mandatory yacht damage waiver insurance: You are required to leave a refundable deposit of / $3000 (Option 1) / $750 (Option 2) / $0 (Option 3) in equivalent currency at the base to cover any damage incurred to the yacht, or damage to or loss of ancillary equipment. • For yachts 41ft and under, Option 1: $36/day; Option 2: $51/day; Option 3: $98/day • For yachts 42ft and over and all catamarans, Option 1: $41/day; Option 2: $56/day; Option 3: $103/day
• Alternatively, you can opt to pay a Security Deposit at the base upon arrival as part of the embarkation process. This is a refundable payment of $6500

Payment & Cancellation Terms:
• 30% of charter fee is due upon booking.
